Running `tailwindcss_install` multiple times re-downloads Tailwind executable each time

Hi,

On Windows, running tailwindcss_install more than once re-downloads the tailwindcss-windows-x64.exe executable and places it in %localAppData%\Temp\tmp*:

Is there any way to keep track of the executable so tailwindcss_install does not download a copy for every new project?
