[arteval-bench] Add EET (OSDI'24) artifact #136
Description
This issue tracks the effort of adding EET to ArtEvalBench.
The plan is to add a slightly modified version of the original artifact, that instructs the AI agent to compile, build, prepare/recreate the datasets, run the full suite of experiments, and generate bug count summaries in JSON format.
