Split playlists based on lyrics

I was thinking maybe a NLP-based approach to group songs based on their lyrical content.

Apply weights to words (Give small weights to common words and high weights to words not seen as much?). The goal is to have playlists split by genre/region because, through the lyrics, we could give high weights to region-specific words (specific slang).
