Fundamental overhaul of `visualize_walks()`

I think there needs to be a fundamental overhaul of the visualize_walks() function in a way. Now that we support 3 dimensions in the random walk functions the plotting function must also handle them.

I also think that the .pluck argument of allowing n plucks should be looked at from issue #132

I've been thinking about the overhaul. I think it might be best to split the different dimensions as separate functions.

My reasoning is simple. There are already a lot of arguments and since the different dimensions require different code (especially 3D), the separate functions would probably be easier to build and maintain.

So we would have something like this:

• visualize_walks()
• visualize_walks_2d()
• visualize_walks_3d()
