Videos failing to download

Describe the bug

Video fails to download. I did some digging and did find this pull request:
ytdl-org/youtube-dl#30412
As well as this one on RMD
#243
But the RMD pull request doesn't work, I downloaded the source files & modified/added the appropriate files to no avail.

Environment Info

• Windows 10 Home Ver 10.0.19044 Build 19044
• RMD 3.1.5 WebUI

@HijackHornet youtube-dl was working for a bit, that's why I closed the bug. However now youtube-dl refuses to work & I looked through the commits and didn't see anything that should have broken it. I believe redgifs own API broke it (according to multiple reddit posts/comments).
