Rules/ some sort of moderation in public rooms

Theres been a ton of hacking and room bombing, like today there was an instance where someone botted the msquizbowl room, so no one could play. Its also pretty common for people to join then spam pause to lag out peoples computers. I don't really have any idea of what sort of moderation to add, I just know that its needed. Please send suggestions 🙏

I'd recommend doing something like a token given on page load + ratelimiting + captchas on multiple accounts from one ip.

then i think i suggest cloudflare for captcha and bot attacks. for the spamming i think we could use slowmode or smth idk
