Introduction

This document is designed to help both the New Zealand Python Users group committee and kiwi pycon organisers committee deliver a successful conference. It contains:

1. A list of requirements and expectations that the NZPUG committee have of kiwi pcyon organisers.
2. A list of resources that kiwi pyconn organisers can use.
3. A history of what previous conference organising committees did, to provide additional context for current organisers.
