Could you clarify what the recommended workflow is when additional samples need to be added later?
In my case I’m working with many large datasets, so re-running the full pipeline on all samples each time a new one is added would be computationally expensive. Is there a recommended strategy for incrementally adding samples while keeping the isoform set consistent across runs?
