TDeint crashing with HBD

convertbits(16)

as input with both TDeint(1,edeint=bob()) or TDeint(2,edeint=bob()) make x264 crash with C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

Found, buffer overread. affected only the 16 bits path. Release to be arranged later.
