Improve axecute environment msg

Background

When logrx detects a logrx env it falls over. For new users it is hard to know to restart their session and clear their global environment is how to fix this...we should update the message to include some helpful guidance on restarting your session and even offering for logrx to clear your env?!?

Another option is to for logrx to ask the user if they want logrx to clear the logrx.envrionment as logrx detects the environment before axecuting the script.

Definition of Done

• Improve the message to users about the existence of the environment and why it cannot be run
• The message should allow for options for a user to chose if run interactively
  • option 1 is to suggest to user you can manually remove the environment by use log_remove() or restarting sessions and clearning global env
  • option 2 is to allow for logrx to remove the environment and proceed with the axecution of the code
• Tests should be created that look at option 1 and at option 2 - if possible use snapshot testing.
