Possibility of adding exceptions (scripts/extensions)

Some AE scripts need to be connected to the internet to work. Is it possible to exclude them from blocking?
Perhaps it's something easy to do, but I'm not familiar with it.

Can you confirm location of the folder where AE scripts are located, are they executables? I am not familiar with how AE scripts connect to the internet, but I assume AE must be executing those scripts acting as a proxy. If yes, then AE needs access to the internet

@ph33nx ! I'm not sure how it works either, but no .exe, I think the base is a .json.
here they are located:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions

@ph33nx maybe I could block only outbound traffic? or could that lead to a licensing issue?
