• Phase 2 - Model Quality and Cloudflare Deployment

  Deliver the second phase of CNN Visualizer by improving digit recognition quality and shipping automated production deployment. Scope includes: model retraining and export, preprocessing alignment, prediction UX improvements, model asset validation in CI, and Cloudflare Pages deployment through GitHub Actions. Success means higher measurable accuracy than baseline, stable predictions on handwritten digits, and a green build-and-deploy pipeline on main.
