PROJECT: Extended Capture Agent API

1. Aim/description
The idea for this extension is to provide an optional set of capture agent metadata which is sent to agents with each event and which options have a clearly specified meaning.
This project is meant to define and implement the API (how the metadata will end up in the scheduled events API), define a set of metadata values and their meaning and implement a sensible way to configure or automatically set these values.
