Make port for Logentries integration configurable

The port has been set to 10000 within the wrapper. This causes issues for some hosts since communication via this port has been disabled.

The docs at https://logentries.com/doc/input-token/ says that it's possible to use 80, 514 or 10000 so we should make that configurable.

The first step would be to create an issue at the repository for the wrapper in order to make it configurable via the constructor. The second part is to create an issue at the project on drupal.org in order to make it configurable via the UI.

The change needs to be implemented before we can supply a patch for the Drupal module.
