Webhooks!

It would be great if DatakitCI was able to support webhooks.
I could then use this to integrate with other systems, for example, a siren that goes off when the master build is broken, or more traditionally other CI systems or things like Docker Hub/Docker Cloud.

Ideally, you should do this by monitoring the database. Currently this isn't very easy because we don't actually store the overall results for a branch (but we should).

But, you can monitor the current head of master and check for the GitHub status. e.g.

> cd branch/github-metadata/ro/docker/my-project
> read ref/heads/master/head
6b08890a9c68bafa38a2775ed2e519f03a2b6911
> read commit/6b08890a9c68bafa38a2775ed2e519f03a2b6911/status/ci/datakit/test/state
success

Then take action when this changes.

That requires talking to datakit though. It'd be nice for applications with no knowledge of datakit to be able to get a notification of status changes on a branch.
