[Event Request] Report 20 "Calc. and Post VAT Settlement" UpdatePeriodicSettlementVATEntry()

Why do you need this change?

We need these new events to extend the standard behaviour of report 20 Calc. and Post VAT Settlement without modifying the base application.
In our scenario, before the system updates the Prior Period VAT Entry, we must apply custom business logic based on additional conditions and external data.
Currently, there is no event available at the right moment to adjust values or override calculations before the record PriorPeriodVATEntry2 is modified.
These events will be present in both procedures UpdatePeriodicSettlementVATEntry and UpdatePeriodicSettlementVATEntryActivityCode to maintain aligned behaviour and ensure the same extensibility pattern.

The events are non-breaking and optional, so they do not affect standard behaviour.

This request cannot be implemented.

Reason: One of the requested target locations, UpdatePeriodicSettlementVATEntry(), is inside a #if not CLEAN27 section, so the target code is marked as obsolete and cannot be modified. Because this issue requests multiple related changes together, the request cannot be approved as submitted.
