Description
I just realized that the mintinstall repository is the wrong place for my post. Would it be better to put it in the linuxmint repository? Can someone move it to the right place? Thank you very much!
I use an old Sony Vaio VGN-Z21WN_B laptop with hybrid graphics Intel/Nvidia and installed LM22.3 with the kernel 6.14. The Nvidia-driver 340 was only usable until LM20, so I hope I can use the nouveau driver instead and the hdmi-port. In the LM22.3-live-session the nouveau driver is in use as can be seen in the following outputs from sysinfo and dmesg:

In the installed system the situation is as follows:

Obviously in the live-system a usable image (vbios) can be found but not in the installed system. How is that possible and what is the difference between live and installed system in that case?
