Insert `app.command.execute(<command-id>)` when user clicks `+` on command?

As follow up to #102 we could

allow to use the commands in the active editor at the position of the cursor, similar to how we have "+" for tokens

• this is difficult, maybe it could be a chat button to ask an LLM to do it?

Or maybe we could have both, maybe some default insertion followed by LLM adjusting it to make more sense in context (if LLM is available)

Here, apart from the default insertion, for the LLM adjusting it, should we have another button on clicking, which we will have a predefined prompt and instruction for jupyterlite-ai to adjust it? Now there are two things in here, one could be just on clicking the button, we copy the prompt/instruction to the clipboard, and the user can open and edit if needed, and paste it in the chat, another one could be directly passing the prompt to the AI, I'm not sure about the second one, but first one seems simple ( can also include a notification )

Maybe the + button could dropdown options like the buttons on GitHub:

And the options would be:

• Insert in selection (default)
• Prompt AI to insert

and the we could remember last choice in settings?

Maybe we should change + to + with magic wand when AI is selected? (or with AI sparkles)

I think it should populate the prompt in the chat. I am not sure if it should submit the message there. Maybe user should be allowed to provide more feedback before burning tokens.
