Add support for `switch`

Coming from flagd/ OpenFeature, i think it would be nice to have support for switch cases, wdyt?

Hey there! I've implemented a "match" statement in a few different projects, and I definitely see the use case.

The operator is pretty easy to implement & I'll soon share the code here,

But lately I've tried to avoid introducing new operators outside of community proposals in the JSON Logic Org

I'm trying to avoid continued drift between implementations.

So if you'd like, can I redirect you to start a discussion at the org level? And maybe we could kick off a proposal? :)
