Add metrics export

Request

I want to have metrics that could be exported into Prometheus/Grafana.
Currently there is no or very little metrics available.

Motivation

1. This may help in finding bugs (e.g. memory leaks) in JJS
2. This will definitely help in monitoring
3. This will be needed for future integration with autoscaling
