App launches but does nothing

Describe the bug
I installed the latest version - I can open it and it shows the icon in the menu bar, but when I left or right click it, nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install in Applications
2. Double click to open
3. Left or right click menubar icon
4. nothing happens

Expected behavior
I would expect the dropdown menu to appear

I just released 2.5.8. It might address this kind of issue. But it only supports manual updating for some reason.
Feel free to try it. If you still have this issue, please let me know.

Just tried the new version 2.5.8 - same result. Icon shows up in the menubar, but when you left or right click it, it flashes quickly, but no menu appears. Are there any System Settings I need to change to have it work properly? If so, it never asked me to change anything when I installed it or tried to run it.

Slight variant: I don't even get the icon in the menu bar. I have to ps -ef or use Activity Monitor to actually see a process is running.

Funny: I can start the OnlySwitch radio from my control center menu bar icon (where you can set your focus and screen mirroring as well).

Removed OnlySwitch, reinstalled, but the same result. Running Sequoia 15.6, Apple M4 Pro.

I just cleaned my Mac with the latest Onyx. After the reboot Only Switch re-appeared in my menu bar. I was also able to upgrade to the latest version without any issues.

I don't like running any of these Mac "Cleaners" (OnyX, Tinker Tool, Clean my Mac, etc) when I'm not sure I won't be worse off after they get done.

OnlySwitch has been uninstalled from my Mac for quite a while now.
