`<PlotOptions>` overrides `<Series>` on first render

Hi @LB0ge, thanks for bringing this up. In Highcharts, this behavior is expected and comes from how option inheritance works. Series-specific options always take priority, and only if something isn’t defined on the series does Highcharts fall back to plotOptions. That’s the intended hierarchy and it applies consistently across the library.

To make this clearer, I’ve prepared a small demo that shows the same concept in plain Highcharts, without React involved:

I am referring to the first chart render, specifically, where inheritance does not work correctly in the react integration. In the demo I sent, you can click the button to re-render the chart and see that the first render is in fact red (as set in PlotOptions), and then transitions to blue (as set in Series).
