[TEST] v1.8.0-rc Base OS Package Audit

What's the test to develop? Please describe

We bumped the base OS for Harvester to SL Micro 6.2 in harvester/harvester#9342

We can have some audit work to compare the difference like:

1. Compare the outputs of ls /usr/sbin and ls /usr/bin between micro 6.1 and 6.2 systems
2. Check journalctl output after a fresh install of a 6.2 system to see if any error or warning messages.
