What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

I noticed that data/reusables/copilot/repository-custom-instructions-support.md was removed in #42361.

It was mentioned that Copilot Code Review only reads the first 4,000 characters of instruction files. Has this limit been removed?

Could the docs clarify if it is recommended to keep custom instruction files concise, or it can be used for extensive guidelines?
