How to calculate specs for iphone 12 /Pro/Pro Max/ Mini with iOS14 version

In this https://github.com/gajus/scream/blob/master/src/scream.js file, we have specifications up to 11 Pro max.
It would be helpful if you provide more info on how to calculate these specs for iPhone 12 versions.

For example,
[1560, 2656, 3376, 1560, 390, 844, 3, 'iPhone 12/12 Pro (iOS 14)'],
[1712, 2984, 3704, 1712, 428, 926, 3, 'iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 14)'],

I'm testing iphone7 and iphone SE2 on ios14 and portrait isn't working.

I'd like to know how to calculate these specs - as the current ones are wrong.
