Chart annotations

Summary

The use case is, to annotate a specific time manually so that it's available in the time series chart as a note. For example, if any improvement is released on a website, or any random change to external/internal systems which might have some relation to the overall performance numbers.

Value

The value would be added for teams who share and socialize results.

FWIW @milanjagatiya - we haven't forgotten you. The redesign has taken longer than expected, but with that said we're not only focusing on logged out experience but also logged in experience. Annotations will be a part of the new experience (sneak preview below). The redesign will definitely be up by the end of the year, now targeted for end of September 🤞.
