Adding a new file to the folder doesn't show up in workspace

Added Refresh tot he context menu.

If I create a new file from File > New File, then save it to a sub folder of the workspace, the workspace doesn't attempt to refresh for changes.

And it stays at the top.

Not a bug but worth noting to look at when you get to it.

In this case, the workspace is showing data from project files. Not actually the folder structure itself.. so we also need a 'Show All Files' equivalent and the ability to add files to projects from the UI to enable the behavior you're expecting.
