How to set the width of scroll bar?

Personally I think the default width of scroll bar is too thin. Would you provide a configuration in Preferences to set the width of scroll bar?

Thank you very much for the feature request. Currently, I‘m on vacation checking mail only once in a while. Back at home I will have a look into the topic ASAP.
