[Internal]: Add guidance for adding videos to docs

We don't have any guidance in our doc-v3 syntax ref guide about how to incorporate videos into our docs, like we have, for example, in this Attack Discovery doc.

Important

docs-builder will break for integrations if the characters in the video link are mixed case, so we should add a disclaimer that characters should be lowercase.
