[Dashboards]: Add export information to the sharing page #5590

Problem

The Share dashboards page only covers sharing dashboards with links, but does not include any information about exporting dashboards to PDF or PNG. Users looking for export instructions on this page cannot find them.

The page also mentions embedding dashboards but does not explain it in detail. The current page structure makes this functionality easy to miss.

Export information exists on the more general Reporting and sharing page, but users navigating to the dashboards sharing page don't easily discover it.

This was supposed to be addressed as part of #4689, but the page still lacks clear export and embed information. The content itself hasn't changed recently — it's just poorly structured, with the emphasis on key features being off.

Suggested fix

  1. Rename the page to "Share and export dashboards"
  2. Restructure the page into clear top-level sections:
    • Access permissions — who can share/export and how permissions work
    • Share with a link — how to share a dashboard using shareable links
    • Embed — how to embed a dashboard into another webpage, with up-to-date instructions and screenshots
    • Export — how to export dashboards to PDF and PNG, including exporting Lens visualization data to CSV
  3. Each section should include the correct availability information (e.g., what's available in serverless vs. self-managed) directly, so users don't have to navigate elsewhere to find it.
  4. Still link to the central Reporting and sharing page for broader context, but don't rely on it for critical dashboard-specific information.
