Problem running search.py

Hello,
after downloading and installing the project and configuring the properties in config.py, running 'python search.py earth' results in

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "search.py", line 45, in <module>
    doc = message.doc[0]
IndexError: list index out of range

What can I do to run the project properly?
