upgrading laminas/laminas-cache-*

Hi, it would be great if you could upgrade the laminas/laminas-cache-* dependencies to a higher ^3 version so that we can use laminas/laminas-cache ^4.
laminas-cache ^3 is bounded to psr/cache ^1.0 and most of the recent packages accepts only psr/cache ^2.0 || ^3.0, creating a conflict.
