Insert Image upload

The insert image plugin should allow a user to upload an image from their device, ideally compatible with mobile devices (iOS 6 & Android) photo uploads

Thanks for the feedback - If you use the upload repository, this should work the same as any other image upload into Moodle. There is an open Moodle bug about allowing more direct upload for mobile: MDL-39749.
