global REPL commands can not be edited #3083

I don't know what causes this issue, but when I try to edit global REPL commands, the "apply" button lights up once I make a change (for example, edit the command, or change sync settings), but clicking it has no effect. When I press OK instead, the changes are silently lost.

Cursive version 2025.2.1-253 but this was present in an earlier version as well (forgot which one though).
IntelliJ IDEA 2025.3.3 Build #IU-253.31033.145.

The "show log file in finder" shows no errors or logs relating to this as far as I can tell:
