Import from Syncthing-Fork erases all files

Testing with BasicSync 1.20 from F-Droid (and Syncthing-Fork 2.0.15.0 from F-Droid), on Galaxy A14 with Android 15.

How to replicate:
Export a backup from within Syncthing-Fork. (This backup works correctly for importing into another Syncthing-Fork.)
Shut down Synthing-Fork, and import the backup into BasicSync.
BasicSync shows the correct folder structure, but deletes all files, and then syncs the file deletion across all devices.

Quick question: Did you enable the "all files" permission before or after importing your old Syncthing-Fork config?

No worries! No need to deal with deleted data again just to test.

I found another issue that could result in this behavior if the storage permissions are denied. When the permissions are denied, Android only blocks access to files, not folders. So Syncthing sees the shared folders and the .stfolder inside, but everything looks empty so it syncs the "deletes" across all devices.

It was possible to encounter this when importing a config before permissions were granted. This is fixed in #88, which will also be included in version 1.21.

You read my mind! I had just tested again (on a test device, not with production data this time to test that my backup system worked :) and was logging in to let you know that even on 1.20 it works fine as long as I give the permission before instead of after I do the import. It was totally my bad for not doing that the first time. But #85 and #88 will keep someone else from replicating my foolish mistake.
