Remove triqler from the outputs and the pipeline

The output in triqler is not used by anyone of the users and create extra steps in the pipeline for DIA and also the OpenMS steps; in the near future with qpx all this information can be recover in addition; the DIANN output already can be use to produce a triqler input.

I vote to remove that output and variable add_triqler_output
