Code File Tree Access and Plan Review

It might be nice to be able to annotate code or select code files to add to your plan review.

Similar to how the Obsidian Vault browser works in review now.

Simple way is just to allow for attaching of files.
Beyond this, rendering the code and annotating inline.

I think a fast iteration would be "collect" from the thread the files used to write the answer, and add them into a "recent files" with the option to browse from them.

My uses cases with this are:

• see what code was the agent reading
• provide better context
• review the work-items created with the plan
