Problem: Request Deletion button does not work from the Location view

Expected behaviour

Deletion requests can be submitted from the Location view.

Current behaviour

The Request Deletion button works from the Packages tab but not from the Packages table displayed in a Location view. A 404 error is displayed in the browser console.

Steps to reproduce

1. Store an AIP.
2. Go to the AIP storage location where the AIP was stored.
3. Click the Request Deletion link of the AIP in the Packages table.
4. Nothing happens in the user interface.
5. Go to the Packages tab and search the AIP.
6. Click the Request Deletion link and you'll see the Delete request created successfully. message displayed.
