In FlatLaf properties typo in property name #4323

What happened
In platform/o.n.swing.laf.flatlaf/src/org/netbeans/swing/laf/flatlaf/FlatLightLaf.properties and FlatDarkLaf.properties typo in nb.output.backgorund property. At the same time NB ignores nb.output.background property.
