App I sideload with AltStore works for 1 day, and then crashes on launch unless I deactivate and re-add

I'm sideloading Apollo and all app extensions, with ApolloPatcher, so I can still use it with a private API key.

It works for a day - then the next day, when I open it, it crashes on launch. The only way I can fix it is by deactivating the app in AltStore, then adding the ipa again - and it loads again from scratch, I have to patch it again and change my shortcuts and gestures and login to Reddit, etc.

Is there anyway I can find out why this is? I am not refreshing the app between when it works and when it doesn't. Is it likely to be AltStore, the ipa, or iOS?
