Validation results #27

Hi,
When I run your code I get the following validation mIoU accuracies with the pretrained models:
- mode 1 (global only): 63.9%
- mode 2: 69.2%
- mode 3: 69.9 %
Is this to be expected? I had to fix some issues when running the evaluation code (e.g. related to dataset split and #17 ) so there might be something wrong with my fixes.
Which models/mode achieves the 71.6% accuracy from the paper? The global-only accuracy should also achieve 66.4% instead of 63.9%, right?
