Describe the bug
download manifest does not show up past the download box. If first download or download at bottom you can not see it.
Steps To Reproduce
have a clear downloads page. download a product. The download manifest gets cut off.
Expected behavior
be able to see the download manifest even if it extends beyond the download boc.
