[BUG REPORT]: HRRR Product is Not Available in GovCloud #481

Describe the bug
I want to download the HRRR forecast product when creating a forecast, but the product is not available.
Steps To Reproduce
- Create an extract with the HRRR product. Attached to extract this data.
Expected behavior
HRRR grids should show up in my forecast.dss file.
Actual behavior
There is no HRRR data available
