Select All followed by Delete/Cut not working when document starts with Code Block

Describe the bug

When a document starts with a Code Block, pressing ⌘+A (Select All) followed by Delete or Cut (⌘+X) does not remove the content.
This issue does not occur when the Code Block is positioned elsewhere in the document (not at the start).

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.blocknotejs.org/examples/theming/code-block
2. Press ⌘+A to select all
3. Press Delete or ⌘+X
