AGP9 support

In the release notes for 4.X is mentioned that it works only with AGP9, but it is not mentioned in the doc at all, and it is not clear if it works with android.newDsl=false or if it needs android.newDsl=true. Or works with both variants, and AGP9 is enough with any configuration?

I believe it should work with all scenarios. Post an update here if it doesn't.
