Create more example mods

There need to be more example mods to illustrate the new sections of "haven" that are supported.
Specifically:
Explosion
FloorExpPackage
GameScenario
Robot
RoofExpPackage
Tech
TechTree

There is also need for a more involved texture and animation mod.
