Don't return `internal error` when contract wasn't found

It seems right now when a renter tries to revise a contract that the host doesn't know about the `contract not found` error from `hostd` gets turned into a `internal error` which is not ideal. 

A renter could handle that error by immediately assuming the contract lost.

This will require an update to both `hostd` and `coreutils`.
