If beta(Q) or some other special calculation method is being used then in addition to S(Q) need to store intermediates such as Soriginal(Q), Beta(Q), F(Q), F^2^(Q), and hide them if the user reverts to the simple calculation.
Save project or analysis, load project or analysis need to deal with the extra data arrays.
If we allow P1(Q)S1(Q) + P2(Q)S2(Q) this gets very messy.
