Inconsistent time interval in tide gauge station datasets #27

ERDDAP says that the initial test dataset constructed from the nowcast/*/PointAtkinson.nc files has an uneven time interval of 15m 1s.
That is probably due the a change from 1h or 30m to 15m time intervals somewhere in the file history.
The dataset should be split into 15m and whatever other time interval(s).
