message and room links aren't rendered properly in replies

Describe the bug

in messages they are rendered in a special way, in reply previews they show up as regular links
doesnt seem to affect user mentions

Reproduction

1. post a message/room link in a message
2. reply to that message
3. URL jumpscare

Expected behavior

reply renderer should render them as they are shown in actual messages
